Athlete’s present on a regular basis with issues surrounding the topics covered in the Maximise Sports Seminars, including: lack of confidence, low levels of patience, poor performances on match day vs super training sessions, to name a few.

The primary aim of Maximise Sports Seminars is to empower, educate, and inspire athletes to leave their arena with no regrets.

She brought something totally different to the group and something we weren’t familiar with. She really challenged us mentally to think outside the box on certain aspects of your life on and off the field. Many of the group would have been skeptical at the beginning having not experienced anything like a mindfulness/lifestyle coach before but I can safely say she left an impact on us all. Sometimes a defeat can dwell on a group but Marie definitely helped us recover quicker and to park all those negative thoughts and just to believe in yourself.
